Senior International Strategy Advisor​

Ron Perrilloux is a senior international strategy advisor specializing in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Europe. He is a former strategy and business development executive with Lockheed Martin, a previously accredited U.S. diplomat, and a retired military commander with over 30 years’ experience providing strategic leadership and risk management to high-level government and industry programs. He has extensive experience in diplomacy, international strategy and business development, the U.S. inter-agency process, and operational training program development.

During his twenty-six year military career, Ron served as an instructor pilot, evaluator pilot, and weapons instructor on the B-52G, B-52H, T-38A, and T-38C, and is a Command Pilot with over 3400 flying hours.

He earned the Outstanding Graduate Award at the United States Air Force Weapons School, and was twice assigned to the Joint Staff, ultimately serving as the Executive Assistant to the Director for Operations at the Pentagon. His final assignment was as the United States Air Attaché and Acting Defense Attaché to Saudi Arabia, where he acted as the primary military and air power advisor to the United States Ambassador to the Kingdom and personal representative of the Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force to the Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force.

Following retirement, Ron joined Lockheed Martin and served as the International Business Development Director for the Middle East and Africa, directing all diplomatic outreach activities with 23 partner nations and leading senior leader engagement activities for the region. He then assumed responsibility as International Strategy Development Director, leading a team of strategic, legal and financial experts to develop enterprise growth strategies for partner nations across the globe. In this capacity he directed development of growth strategies for Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Latin America, Australia, Poland, India, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and Canada.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1987, and a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Florida. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
