Paul Chang is an adjunct professor at Cal State Los Angeles and Vanguard University where he teaches human trafficking and collaborative governance. Paul received his BA and MPA from California State University Los Angeles. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at Claremont Graduate University. Paul is the recipient of numerous community honors, including the 2019 Global Center for Women and Justice Diamond Award for his work on human trafficking.
